please do not start this thread going. Everyone has their onpinion. Ronnie is the ****, and will win for the next 3-4 years(in my opinion). Ronnie has one flaw, his gut. Jay has multiple flaws, wide waist, not enough definition in his back, soft glutes(compared to ronnie), and nonsymetrical abs. Dexter is excellent, but he just lacks overall size, bottom line.

you know, all though i do think that jay cutler should be mr. oylmpia by now, he shouldve one about 2 yrs ago imho.
the fact of the matter is this, alot of the kids ragging on ronnie have never seens his videos.
go watch cost of redemption or the unbielable and the come back and try and bash him.
allthough like i said, i think jay cutler shouldve won in the past and should win this year, i RESPECT ronnie coleman, he payed his dues and is STILL paying his dues to be number one, hes a positive guy and a positive thing for the sport.
he doesnt go around bad mouthing the judges or saying this and that, he thinks the challenge round is good and he promotes overall good stuff in bb'ing.
allthough i can not say that ronnie coleman' physique is olympia caliber IMHO, i know for a fact that he is the hardest training most dedicated bodybuilder out there! POINT BLANK!
i respect him and as long as he keeps training the way he does, hell continue to win. like he says, "every body wants to be a bodybuilder, but dont no body wanna life no heavy ass weight" that is the truth.
ive seen jays movies, i understand his training principles, there the same as me, its not about the weight, but if he wants to be mr olympia, he needs to step it up and do what EVER it takes.

Cutler is a great bodybuilder without a doubt, however i think if we were to compare the flaws of cutler and coleman you would still see why coleman wins.
Coleman:
- The gut
- Weak Calves (arguable)
Cutler:
- Wide Waist
- Asymmetrical Biceps
- Consistent Watery and flat back
- frequently soft glutes
- The "blocky" look (this one is also arguable as some people like the blocky look)
And as for their strengths, cutler beats coleman on calves and abs, thats about it. Coleman owns Jay from the back, no contest. Colemans Chest is insane. Colemans arms also put jay to shame. Colemans thighs are, well, awe inspiring. All in all i think coleman is the better choice."I went Hard, I went Heavy and I didn't stop" - Ronnie Coleman on how he gained 40 lbs lbm in one year.
Mortality is the greatest gift that god gave to man
Bodybuilding is consistency, that and balls of rock!

And they don't have much difference in legg size either in that picture you just presented.
Ofcourse, when you get rear double, maby front double and rear lat spread, ronnie wins jay.Last edited by Fridrik; 04-19-2005 at 08:02 AM.

The prefect fire lighter, Cutlerogen and Colemoniom! Just post in a bodybuilder rich atmosphere and watch it erupt into flames.
Working hard for 20 months. (But seriously and informed, for only 16 months)
Building up from skinny weak nerd, to big muscular nerd!
In a cinema near you, Bohr800 starts squats. A hilarious comedy with a tragic ending :0
And soon the emotionally draining, 'The day after squats' detaling his brave attmepts to get out of bed.
Play rugby 2nd row. I like the scrum!
