Best 'All Natural' Supplement Stack

Could some of the vets here such as big cat recommend the BEST supplement stack, BARRING Pro-Hormones as i do not want the side effects associated with it...

I wuz thinking of a good Protein Powder from EAS or something and some creatine, what do you guys reckon??

Just try a multi vitamin/mineral, flax oil, dessicated liver, protein powder, creatine, and ZMA. As long as your diet is dialed these can help you make great gains. Good luck, Jay

I've heard ZMA has some side effects? True or false?? Also thanks for the replies, in regards to dessicated liver tabs, i've always heard they are good for 'natural' guys BUT never had any pleasure of reading up on what it actually does, could u guys clarify on it, do u bro's cycle the creatine?? Let me know how u guys cycle it.... what about throwing in some tribulus in aswell??

I dont think ZMA has any side effects, it would be raising your own body's test levels. As far as tribulis is concerned, that will only increase your libido, nothing more.

But would'nt even raising the bodies natural test levels lead to some estrogen elevation too?? just thought that since you've got higher levels of test some of it would convert to estrogen??

Its all natural testosterone levels. You are not putting anything in your body to increase production other than vitamins and minerals you may be deficient in...causing you lower test levels. I dont see why it would convert into estrogen.
