    Powdered Oats, Uncooked !!!!

    I get white oats then make them powder, then put them in blender with milk, and drink them.

    is i get all benefits from it by that, or i have to cook oats 1st ??

    Sounds alright, you won't be missing out on the benefits of oats (namely the soluble fibre), but cooking them makes them 'swell' in the liquid, so they fill you up better.

    no issues here. i grind all kinds of stuff up in my shakes. i go through alot of steel cut oats. good stuff.

    How do you grind them up fine enough to drink them? ( what do you use like a coffee grinder or what)
