if you are losing weight (taking in less calories on a daily basis) is it true you can't grow taller(or would it make it harder to grow)? or would it have no effect at all? any help is appreciated

you have nothing to worry about but severe malnutrition will definately stunt height growth. basically don't worry about it, i'm not sure but i think that bone growth takes preference of muscle growth.

Too much sugar and or caffeine for a prolonged period of time will stunt ur growth.
