    Question

    If I can do 10-12 pullups on a good day of lifting, how come I can only lat pull 100lbs? You would think doing 12 pullups would equate to me lat pulling atleast 130lbs right? I see guys doing only 5-6 pullups but they can do the entire stack on the lat machine. Why?

    could be your 'pullups' aren't full range or the lat machines 100lbs isn't really 100lbs

    Do you do both of those on the same day? I noticed my lat pulldown numbers suck after a good day of chinups.
