How come I don't get sore

I can do one of the hardest workouts known to man and I won't get sore. Plus I think this not getting sore thing is effecting my bench not going up for 3 months. If some one could make a program for me that would get me sore and produce awesome results that would be cool. Currently I am off and on pump tech and work out twice a day 4 days a week. Only done this about a month so please help

hello, the goal of lifting is to get bigger and/or stronger, not to get sore. soreness is an unfortunate side effect that we sometimes experience

    Lightbulb

try usin 3 exercises per bodypart with this rep scheme:

    15, 12, 10, 8, 6

    * thatll be a great change, if u push each set to failure, i guarantee youll be sore the next day and primed for growth

your not getting sore because your body is used to you doing the same routine. and your bench hasnt gone up because of this same reason. try changing your routine up and that should help alot.

i changed mine to 3 sets of 5 reps for exercises recently and have seen good results already

Judging gains by soreness is wrong

I switch up my routines every 3-4 weeks
