--okay now i have been wondering, how long do you guys wait to switch your workout plan or the exercises in it-- cause recently i have just been changing things here and there each workout---is that bad or should i keep a set plan for a month----will that not allow as much muscle growth cause the body is constantly adjusting--or does it help---i'd appreciate anyone's advice who knows what they are talking about.--thanx
