My left triceps is bigger than my right, how can I fix this?

Should I do a few more sets on the right side to get it caught up with the left, or should I slack off on working my left triceps?

it could be your form, or it could be genetic......if its genetic then there really is no way to fix it

I have the same problem, unless the imbalance is ridiculous you shouldn't sweat it. not much you can do beside not training the other one.

I used to do mainly barbell curls untill I noticed that my left bidep was lagging considerably behind my right. Generally the stronger muscle will take more of the load therefore do more work.

I started doing dumbell curls starting with my left arm and going to failure then doing that amount with my right even it could do more. That way you allow the weaker muscle to catch up.

Interesting note now is my left arm is stronger than my right.
