    I'm with you!

Hi! You sound just like me!! I have been trying to lose these last 5 pounds but it is SO hard!! The last ones are so stubborn! As soon as I go down maybe 2 or 3 pounds, I cheat on my diet and then I'm back to where I started.

I'm overall pretty happy with my appearance but would love to get the final 5 pounds off b/c it is all in my stomach. I'm getting married in June so I've set that as my deadline to get down to 130 pounds (I'm at 135 or so right now).

Here's how I'm trying to do it:
First, I'm trying REALLY hard to stop the random cheating (I wouldn't say binging b/c it isn't THAT much food but the cheating on my diet is holding me back). My main problem is night time snacking so I'm consciously making myself STOP nightime cheats. I am planning my night meals in advance and not allowing myself to stray from it no matter what. Having a plan makes it easier.

Also, I am trying to also add some easy cardio such as walking and swimming in addition to my 6 days of hard workouts per week. So, for example, today I did my regular workout of running 50 minutes in the early morning. Then this afternoon I went for a 40 minute easy walk. Tomorrow is normally my day off but I'm going to go to the gym and swim some laps at an easy pace just to keep myself moving.

Just want you to know you aren't alone!!! Stay focused on your goal and it will happen!!!
