What workout is best for me.

OK so i have looked at Max-Ot and HST and i am not sure which one to use or if there isn't somthing more effective.

I am 15 and pretty much trying to bulk up a little more but also loose fat. What do you think would be the best workout for me that will give me quick results.

Agreed.

From the looks of your avitar, you do not need to worry about losing fat. Hell, you have visibe abs. Get your strength up, eat plenty of clean good and watch yourself reach your goals.
