New to this Blog......Diet Review
Hello :0) My name is Christy. I'm currently deployed to Iraq so my nutrional sources are limited. So here it goes.........
I currently work-out @ 0300 which I start with weight training (Body Sculpting Bible Routine for Women-Giant Sets) for 75 minutes followed by 45 minutes of Cardio (Treadmill, Eliptical, Stair Master)
Before my Workout: 2 cups of Black Coffee sweetened with Splenda
Breakfast: 1 cup Oatmeal with Natural Almonds (1 oz) or Grits
Scrambled Eggs or Omelet with Vegetables topped with Jalapeno
Peppers & salsa
Liter of Water
Snack: Labada for Her Protein Shake & Liter of Water
Lunch: Huge Salad (lettuce, peppers, carrots, tomatoes)
Fat Free Italian Dressing
Tuna (6 oz) or Chicken Breast or Salmon
Liter Of Water
Snack: Labada for Her Shake & Liter of Water
Dinner: Same as Lunch
Snack: Southbeach Diet Bar (140 Cals-10g Protein)
I don't have any problems taking in my supply of water when it's 120 degrees here. My goal is to reduce my BF to 10%. I'm currently @ 12.9%. Since I'm trying to reduce my BF I'm avoiding milk & fruit. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
