ok, my starting weight is 218.4 at abou 20% bodyfat. I'll be working out every other day. I'll be selecting four to five movements for large muscles and one movement for small muscles. I'll be doing five sets per movement within the 8-10 range of reps. Cardio will be 30-45 minutes on lifting days and 60-90 minutes on off days.
Regarding diet I'll be shooting for 10 calories per pound. I will not be looking at apecific ratios but I'll be ommiting simple sugars and eating fish every day as my main protein source. Whey protein isolate shakes in water will be used right after workouts.
