    Hey man, if it makes you breathe Heavy and sweat, then yes I would consider it cardio...hell, with the right motivation, jerking off could be considered cardio hehe

    I'd recommend going out for a jog if it's possible. Although I've got no proof, I'm guessing that the fact that you have to propel yourself forward while jogging outside is going to be of greater benefit than simply running in place. Plus, it seems like running in place would get boring pretty damn quick. Whatever works though, I guess.

    Thats a good question because sometimes I run on the spot as well. Jumping Jacks or jump rope would probably be best for us but what do i know

    When you are actually jogging or running you are working the biggest muscles in your body against gravity and the ground...so yes you will get more of a workout with actual movement....

    For warm ups....do some GreenBays...

    Jog in place for a few seconds....drop to the ground, all the way and shoot back up and run in place.

    It has different names but here in texas we call them GreenBays....I don't know why though lol
