I have the weights and a nice incline bench now so the only thing i'm stuck on is my diet. I will make scrambled eggs, or an omlet every day, 3 glasses of milk, a pack of chicken from the deli at my jubilee grocery store, or i'll see if I can buy pieces of chicken, ham and turkey and cook that everyday. I weight just about 145lbs so is that enough protien, and calories for now?

Going down on your cousin is like a non alcoholic beverage. Tastes the same, but just isn't right.

Based on what you've listed thats probably around 80 grams of protein a day. But since you most likely eat more than that (I hope!!) then that number should be a lot higher. Shoot for your body weight in protein grams. Also, if you like making scrambled eggs or omlettes, try 1 whole egg and 3 egg whites to cut back on the amount of cholestorol and fat that would be in 4 whole eggs.

To be honest no for about 3 years I have ignored eating right. I was lucky to get 50gs of protien a day. That's why I want to start making massive changes. So far this is what I have for now.
9:00 AM:
Scrambled Eggs, (3 eggs), or omlette (can't decide which has more protien)
Glass of milk
2 Peanut Butter Sandwiches
12:00 PM:
Can of tuna (not sure what brand is best)
Glass of milk
-All I can think of for now
6:00 PM
2 Chicken Breasts, next day few turkey sandwiches, or a few pieces of ham
Glass of milk
As you can see this is not a good diet to most of you, but considering what I have ate for the past few years this is a big improvement. I also seen peanuts are good for you, so I plan to purchase a bag of those a day. What else can I add to my diet?
I also will say since I weigh just toward 150lb you're telling me if I stick to this eating schedule for atleast the next 6 months I won't see no improvement of strength, energy or any gains? I mean for now I don't care if I just put on fat I just don't want to look so skinny for my age.Last edited by castor_troy5896; 04-14-2005 at 06:25 PM.

are you bulking or cutting?
id NEVER drop milk, it is a source of very high quality proteins, and personally it and protein shakes have always been my primary sources of protein"Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and freedom."
