ok if my maintenance is 2550 Cal.
and im going to be doing HIIT 4 days for 20 min. and 3 days of low intensity cardio for 45 min.+ a 5 day split of heavy weight lifting
how much calories should i take in to get max fat loss over a span of maybe 10 weeks? (keeping those factors in mind) in other words, what should my calorific deficit from my diet be?
