    Calorie Intake Deficit? what should it be?

    ok if my maintenance is 2550 Cal.

    and im going to be doing HIIT 4 days for 20 min. and 3 days of low intensity cardio for 45 min.+ a 5 day split of heavy weight lifting

    how much calories should i take in to get max fat loss over a span of maybe 10 weeks? (keeping those factors in mind) in other words, what should my calorific deficit from my diet be?

    What worked for me was -400 - 600 calories a day.
    and I lost a lb of fat a week, now i'm clean bulking again after a short cut.
    realized there wasn't much left to cut to.

    i used the starvation diet with a combination of HIIIT. that's right, HIIIT.

    no... theoretically if ur activity level is 2500cal/day for maintenance ur gonna have to drop cals/day to about 2000cals/day to lose 1lb per week

    500cal deficit each day... 7 days... 3500cals/lb of fat... good luck

    right now my maintenance is about 2900 and i am taking in about 1900cals/day to drop 2-3lbs/week depending on how active i am...
