how to eat on VERY physical job

okay, on my second job, I am an order filler for Walmart Distribution Center. it requires about 10 hrs of stead fast paced walking, bending and lifting 30-50 lbs(roughly 3000-4000 times a day) and sweating like a stuck pig. I am trying to finish cutting down, but I'm afraid to take in to little nutrition.
I am taking in about 200-250 grams of protein(from various sources) and very little carbs(complex). I average between 2000-2500 calories a day. On the weekends, however, I get a surplus of ALL the bad stuff.
you'd think I would be ripped after doing this four days a week for two years. but, I think my body has gotten used to the demand and is not burning the same amount of calories as in the beginning.
help, please!

Agreed. More likely than adaption I think. Muscles can adapt but that's not to say they'll need fewer calories.

Edit - and don't think of burning calories on only a daily basis. They say you need something like 3500 calories burned for 1 lb of fat (aside from daily maintenance energy requirements) and if you replenish all that every 5 days then it's kind of a seesaw battle I would assume. Maybe intake even less on the weekdays if you want to keep up the same habits on the weekend but really those calories seem low already. Personally I would look at your weekend and cut back some.
