Well its time I make a 'blog' about my fatloss to keep me motivated!
Well im quite overweight 264 lbs and around 22-25% BF and yea im 190cm height (will check my BF tonight/tomorrow)
My goals are to get down to 220 lbs before the year end and ill be happy with 18% BF or less. Its gonna be hard but im sure I can pull that off :P
My diet will be quite simple gonna try keep it around 2000-2200 cals per day.
Im going cheat as little as I can >< maybe once per 2 weeks or so
my suppls gonna be:
I'll take split program
monday: chest, bicep, tricep
wednsday: leg day
friday: shoulders, back
And in the end of every session ill do 15-20 m?n cardio on the treadmill
OFF days ill do ~1 hour cardio
