my reconstruction (phase 1)
I'm kind of proud of what I was able to accomplish so I thought I'd share it.
I'm 56 and last Oct. some of my friends decided to book a cruise for this Sept. for the eastern Caribbean. I have never been there and I decided to go. The thing is that, inspite of working out, running etc. I got to be 22%bf and about 210 lbs. pushing a 40" gut. Well, after taking serious inventory and making a commitment to myself, I think I made a change that I would like to keep.
This is the link to my bodyspace.

I'm calling this Phase 1 of my reconstruction. Now on to Phase 2.
BTW - had been posting pics and the responses have been really supportive -- certainly has helped keep me focused and moving forward.

Phenomenal work man. To achieve that transformation at any age is great, and taking you age into consideration, nothing short of spectactular. And you dont look 56, look much younger.
