i wear skins while working out in gym? does it make ani diffrence on yar performence or recovery? I can't really tell datz why ask u pplz??

Skins are really aimed at endurance sports/training. For running you may notice a difference, for weight lifting I don't think so. I have a pair and what I like the best is when im doing HIIT they are tight on your leg muscles and restrict vibration (if that makes sense).

Skinz is a brand of compression workout gear designed to restrict muscle vibration and increase hypertrophy with use. While they are theoretically better than Under Armor compression gear, they also cost quite a bit more.

Im sure a study was done on one of adidas's shirts made to increase performance...I think 50% of the people got an extra rep on their 5rm bench and 50% stayed the same.
