I feel my Biceps are lagging compared to the rest of my body. Can someone give me a few good exercises or maybe a Bicep workout for lagging Biceps? Thanks
What's your current bi workout like.... Here's some I do. Concentration curls Drop sets 21's Hammer curls I don't do all these. I cycle them.

BICEPS Standing Barbell Biceps Curl 10 reps 1 set ( warm-up) 8 reps 3 sets Preacher Curls 10 reps 1 set (warm-up) 8 reps 3 sets Concentration Curls 6- 8 reps 3 sets here it is
