I cant afford protein powders each week, cos it costs a **** load here.
However I can buy eggs.
I was havin them raw, but was recently warned about biotin deficiency.
Now I fry them, maybe 4 eggs per sitting X 3 sittings per day.
problem is, now im not eating bugger all because there making me full.
Are ther protein bars or biscuits I can make using the eggs? I can have those after a meal
