I've been on a "cutting diet" the past couple of weeks. Part of it is I replaced any starchy carbs with leafy greens. My question is, do tomatoes hinder any "cutting action" of the diet? Bananas as well--as I will eat one if I have a strong sugar craving . . .

its mostly about calories. Just count them and monitor, not loosing = lovver.
