Broke my foot last week, which totally sucks ass. So now, i have to take off from legs for about a month. Totall b.s. but its my fault. Any way, i had my split setup like this :
m-chest/bis
t-legs/abs/forearms
w-0ff
t-back/tris
f-shoulders/abs/light bis
s-off
s-Start over again.
So basically everybodypart 6 days. Now, take legs out of the equation. What would all of you do in a situation like mine? Should i just take an extra day off? Start back on wed. instead of thu? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
