Arrow Can you guess my body fat?

I am trying to lose fat by riding bike at a moderate intensity for 30 minutes. I ride 3 miles twice a day, Monday through Friday.

Now can someone estimate how much fat I have left to lose in pounds?

I am assuming I need to lose around 5-7 lbs of solid fat. How much do you estimate is pure fat?

The first two are from the same time frame and I weighed approximately 147-150 pounds. The third pic is from a week ago and I weighed 140-143 at the time.

My waist is approximately 32.5 inchess and my gut now is approximately 34.5 inches. So how many pounds of fat is 2 inches on my stomach worth?

    Thanks

Not sure on the body fat but riding the bike for 30 mins and covering only 3 miles might not be intensive enough to get the heart rate up. That is really slow pace. Try running for 30 mins it will burn far more calories.

You're thinking way too much about this. Body fat percentage is basically meaningless to anyone who isn't a professional athlete or bodybuilder. Your best indicator is the mirror. Frankly, I wouldn't worry about losing any weight at all. Hit the gym, lift hard, and keep doing your cardio. Most of this stuff isn't rocket science.

As far as cardio goes, I've always found higher-intensity cardio for shorter periods of time will cut you up way faster than the low-intensity stuff, though I think the differences are overrated. Getting your diet right and just doing the cardio will eventually get you where you want to be.

id say ya sumwhere between 15-20%... in all honesty abs start to show at around 10%... depends on the person though
but yea mate hit up the cardio. i found taht chucking in a few supersets in the gym each day helped to.. give a cardio aspect.. becasue the body is havin to 'work' for a longer period of time etc.

Thanks to everyone who replied and voted. I just wanted to see how many pounds of fat I have to lose. I'll go with the majority in the 7-10lb range.
