How to get rid of a Beer belly!!!!
Hi, im 19, 5'9 and weigh 150.Ive been drinking this past year and have gotten a beer belly,whats the best way to get rid of it????

If you're 5'9" and 150, you must be a skeleton with a beer belly... putting on some lean mass would be a real good start (along with severely cutting back on or abstaining from the beer, as was suggested).
