Question The best (and targeted) workout to get a sixpack

Hello everyone! I'm a new member (and hope to go ahead with my membership)
I need an advice for a workout.
I'm a student, and so I don't have enough time to work my body out. I know this is not a good way to build a sixpack but... Is there any way to get it?
I mean, do I get it if I train, for example, twice a week? Or even three times a week...
I'm quite tall and thin (I'm gonna add my pictures as soon as I come back home), I have a really awful "four-pack" (awful because it is not absolutely ripped), and really low bodyfat...
Any advice? Is it ok to train my abs three times a week? If so, for how long do I have to work out? Which exercises fit best my needs? Thank you in advance and sorry for my poor english!

Like any other muscle are abs they are. <- Yoda
Supline bicycle, crunches (with or without a cable), figure4 crunches I find work best for me. 3 sets of 15.
Where in Italy are you? I'm there right now too.

Thanks for your answer by the way!
What are "figures crunches"? And three sets of fifteen every two/three days?!
Again, thank you!

Do all the abdominal exercises you've ever heard of. The prevalence of your abs is dependent upon your diet and cardio.

Ok, that's right! Thank you 4 your answ! Is it ok to train two/three times a week? Do I get some results? Or it is better to train everyday? (of course it is, but... is it a big difference?)

Good info.

iraiscoming223 - there is no need to train everyday. 2-3, or even 3-4 times is enough.

Thanks again, one last thing and I won't disturb anymore!
I'm quite thin, and I use to eat a lot, cause my body remain thin (maybe because I'm always walking/doing sports) or because of my biorithm (is it spelled correctly?)...
Any advice of what to eat? Or as long as my body remain thin is ok to eat whatever I like!?
Thank you!
