I'm following a strict diet through 3dmusclejourney but for the next two weeks, I'm going to be staying with a billet family in florida. I feel uncomfortable and weird like storing a bunch of food in their fridge and cooking in their ovens and stuff. I mean I don't know the people and just want to lay low. What are some good foods to help keep my macros (2750/75/300/220). As of now my list consists of: oats, breads, minute brown rice, nuts, peanut butter, protein powders, sweet potatoes...what else? Basically, I'm trying to keep it microwave friendly if possible.

Is it a billet family for sports? You could just be honest with them, you need to keep a strict diet to maintain optimum sports performance. And ask if you could please use their oven when they aren't using it to cook meals, etc. Usually if you are honest and explain things, most people are pretty cool and willing to help.
