I'd much rather use the money and buy some good whey protein. Supplementing with whey adds more protein to your diet, which is needed for muscle growth. Supplementing with NO2 is beyond me, because I tried it once and didn't get anything out of it. Some people say it improves muscle pump, but pump doesn't mean growth. I'd just buy whey protein.

i agree with the other guy, whey is the most important supplement. i would even replace the glutamine with a good whey protein bc most whey proteins now have about 5g's of glutamine in it already.

If you're shooting for the pump I suggest Citrulline Malate, far more effective in my mind, better pump and longer fatigue threshold, check it out

A better supplement than mentioned yet in this thread for a 16 year old 155 lb

is experience. achieve it by working hard and eating properly, natural food and plenty of rest and protein will make you grow, another factor is patience.

In time you will be weighing much more than 155, it takes time and consistency. Don't miss a meal nor a workout. put the supplements aside and use the money else where
