Hey, I am pretty new to the group. Was a member a long time ago, stopped working out because of conflicting life schedule and now I am back at it and ready to receive some help from you guys!
I am 5'7, 121lbs and I have an already broad shoulder, and just want to bulk up and then tone down to be about maybe 135lbs, seeing as for my height and age it's appropriate and the most I can go without being "overweight" on the ideal weight scale.
Anyhows, I want to gain that weight however efficient time. In the past, I had bulked up from 110lbs to about 125lbs, that's why I am about 2 years down the road, still in that range. My problem, is I realize that my left arm is a little smaller then the right one. Which has me frustrated. I worked out yesterday and my right arm, the bigger of the two, is way more advanced and has more strength. Yes, I am right handed, but I need some intense work outs to grow my left bicep and triceps to the same as my right. If anyone can provide me or show me where I can look for some intense, isolated work outs, I would greatly appreciate.
Also a work out to gain that 15lbs, in the healthiest fashion. My last bulk, was quite disturbing lol.
Oh one more thing. I fine I have small wrists and forearms. I am using the grips for the forearms, but what else can I do to bulk those too? Thanks :O)

Just focus on adding overall mass to the frame. You can't selectively make one part of you bigger IMO. My thinking has changed completely from when I first joined the forum. I now know that big arms means heavy benching and heavy rowing.
Think about it....there isn't a dude with 12 inch gunz that can bench 315 or row 315. This is what I always think bout. Hope this helps!

How can I get a good work out, while competing for weights at my university's gym? I mean there is always people backed in the weights room, compared to the cardio room. So, I am just needing some intense work outs for the arms and upper body, that can be done either using machines or free weights. Free weights preferably though.

Free weights are the best i hate those stupid machines, alot of them will work your dominent side more also. Because they are not being concentrated or because they can be lift with either or arm. I do use the cables though for concentraion's. So yeah stick with the free weights start with what you know you can lift and start adding weight.
