Drinking water

I'm trying to cut diet soda completely out of my diet and just stick to drinking water. I like to have somethine sweet thought when I want something to drink and wanted to ask if its ok to add a couple of packets of Splenda to my water when I drink it. Also what about flavored water that you can buy at grocery store that are sweetened with Splenda.

Try Crystal Light powder packets. It tastes really good and 0 calories.

I don't know how much it costs beacuse I used to get it for free.

Decaff or caf green tea with some splenda is tasty. have a glass of two a day, but stick with water for the most part.

Splenda in water can be done if you need something sweet that badly. I'm not sure what water is sweetened with splenda. I know some that are sweetened with aspartame such as clear american. What is crystal light sweetened with?

I believe that crystal light is sweetened with splenda as a matter of fact.

Spledna tastes like cancer, I cannot imagine adding it to water.
