What is your opinion on cuban rotations?Safe exersize?Dangerouse exersize?Reason im asking is because i was doing some cuban rotations with like 15 lb dumbells and my shoulders felt great ( usualy has a little poping and stuff like that) and my older brother kept telling me to lower the weight becuase i would **** my shoulders up (hes not to bright when it comes to Lifting in general)So who better then to ask people that have been doing this before i was born
