Is this body caliper efficient and good?

Bf%: 10%
Arm: 18" un-pumped

Just got done cutting from 230lbs. down to 215lbs.
Now bulking again =)

i've found pretty good results with it, but i have not tried other types. it's nice that it's digital and calculates for you
