Best workout for quads
I moved back to school and at the gym we have our leg press sucks. i feel like it targets the hams more than the quads. besides doing leg extension what is the best workout to do that is equivelent to the leg press for the quads?

Front, Hack, Narrow and Wide stance squats are all quad heavy exercises.
