Quickest fat loss possible
OK. Here’s the deal. I used to compete in bodybuilding. But over the years, I have let myself go. I still train semi-consistently and carry a good base of muscle, but I am fat. I am 5’9”, weigh 240, and my bodyfat is around 23-26%. Not pretty, I know. The problem is that I have my 10-year high school reunion in 13 weeks, and I cannot show up looking like this. My question is this; how can I lose the most bodyfat possible over the next 13 weeks? I am willing to sacrifice some muscle in order to accelerate the fat-burning process, so I am looking for the most efficient bodyfat removal plan possible. Low fat, low carb, low everything? Aerobics once per day, twice per day, or none at all? Three meals per day, four meals per day, seven meals per day? Weight training will probably remain the same at 5 days/week, working each bodypart once using med-high volume. But other than that, I am willing to do whatever it takes to get in the best shape possible over the next 13 weeks. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for your inputs.
P.S. I am natural if it makes any difference. I take whey protein, glucoseamine, vit/min, and occasionally creatine, but nothing else.

Go here. http://bodyrecomposition.com/
Purchase the E-book "The Ultimate Diet 2.0" for $19.95.
Read this book and apply it's principles to your life/training/diet. The entire read will take you at most 2-3 hours.
Utilize the plan outlined in the book and within 8 weeks (that's right, not 12) you will be in the best shape you've been in years. This is not bull****, this is not a joke, and it will achieve the results you desire in the quickest timeframe possible without destroying your muscular base.

The best way to burn fat quickly is carb cycling. Of course, you have to master fundamentals before embarking in that kind of diet.
Well, fundamentals are to know how many cal you need to maintain, gain or lose weight, macronutrient ratios, right foods, and of course weight training and cardio...
Then, it's pretty simple.
Find how many cals you need to lose fat (Harris Benedict formula is quite accurate) according to your activity level (that means the more you train, the more you have to consume cal because you have to feed the muscle to burn the fat).
Let's say your maintain level is around 2500 cal. So, you have to eat around 2000 cal to lose fat.
For 3 days : 2000 cal with 45p/35c/20f ratio.
The fourth day, you increase your cal to your maintenance level (2500 in the example) but with 30p/50c/20f ratio and so on... 3 days, 1 day
It tricks the body by preventing from coming into a starvation mode.
So, your metabolism stays up and you go on burning fat in spite of caloric reduction.
Believe me, it works great
Eat six small meals spread over the day, eat your complex carbs ealier in the day and stick with veggies at night, eat some good fats, natural unrefined foods only, train with weight and do cardio.
For sure, you will get tremendous results !

UD2.0 is simply carb cycling taken to the extreme, there is no other diet that will help you shed FAT as fast while sparring muscle.

c'mon now, you used to compete, you gotta already know what to do, cardio and calorie deficit. Thats it. keep the foods clean and work hard in the gym... the pounds will roll off. I got down to 8%bf with a low carb high protein diet, and I didnt even count calories. But low carb isnt necessary, just lower calories.
