Quickest fat loss possible

OK. Here’s the deal. I used to compete in bodybuilding. But over the years, I have let myself go. I still train semi-consistently and carry a good base of muscle, but I am fat. I am 5’9”, weigh 240, and my bodyfat is around 23-26%. Not pretty, I know. The problem is that I have my 10-year high school reunion in 13 weeks, and I cannot show up looking like this. My question is this; how can I lose the most bodyfat possible over the next 13 weeks? I am willing to sacrifice some muscle in order to accelerate the fat-burning process, so I am looking for the most efficient bodyfat removal plan possible. Low fat, low carb, low everything? Aerobics once per day, twice per day, or none at all? Three meals per day, four meals per day, seven meals per day? Weight training will probably remain the same at 5 days/week, working each bodypart once using med-high volume. But other than that, I am willing to do whatever it takes to get in the best shape possible over the next 13 weeks. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for your inputs.

P.S. I am natural if it makes any difference. I take whey protein, glucoseamine, vit/min, and occasionally creatine, but nothing else.

Low calorie diet paired with cardio steady rate cardio 5 days a week will get the job done. Just eat clean foods and a lot of protein. Make sure to eat carbs around your workout. If you go on a low calorie diet(serve calorie deficit) with doing all that cardio you probabaly are gonna lose a lot of muscle though but it will give you quick results.
