I'd say between 200 and 500 calories depending on how much you're wanting to add per week.

i was going to suggest about 300 and monitor for a week or two the progress you make with ur weight..
its all preference and up to you though
300 has worked for me, so im going to suggest it to you, but not everyone is the same.. start slow and then find out what will work 200-300 the first week and if not enough you can always bump up

The more you can eat, the better. Simple as that.

Depending on your body type, you might want to go real slow. I learned that the hard way.
When I stopped cutting (500 kcals/day less than maintainence) I would just jump up to 300 kcals/day MORE than maintainence. Bad move, my body immediately starting putting on fat. It took a few weeks before my lifts started to increase and I put on more muscle than fat.

All I know is, You have to eat 3500-4000 calories a day for bulking. Thats how I used to bulk, that is how I am currently bulking, and that is what I got reccomended back in 2005 on this board.

Bodyweight x 18 is a good starting point.

i would start at bodyweight x 16 then go to 18 the next week untill you get to 20. slowly build it up so your metabolic rate increases with it and you dont get to fat right away then you can add muscle with less fat.

find ur BMR and add a good 300-500 calories depending on how active you are.. monitor for a week if you dont like the progress bump by 100.. when you plateau bump it by a 100 calories..
100 calories keep em clean.. try a glass of skim milk.. 2 hard boiled eggs.. etc etc.. just add to that diet slowly but surely
