Hi, I am currently at school were we have two breaks, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. I'm looking to eat clean and put on muscle and was wondering if you had any suggestions for these two meals which will give me a good amount of protein and keep me full for two hours of lessons in-between breaks.
Cheers

Hi brother,
There is no such thing as "eating clean" by the way...
I advise you to read ALL the stickies in there if you want to have a better understanding of what DIETING is: forum . bodybuilding . com/forumdisplay.php?f=13
Well, as the guys said over me, they're great ideas! But what I advise you to eat to stay "full" would be complex carbohydrates such as toasts, rice, pastas, potatoes, etc. Complex carbohydrates makes you stay "full" for a longer time simply because they are more caloric dense foods.
By eating a lot of carbs (high calories), you will gain weight and feel more energy in your body when working out. To these meals, you can add any kind of protein you want, as long as it's not too "liquid". I recommend FOOD > SHAKES. I've got nothing against protein shakes but food is much more delightful heheh .
Good luck and have fun dieting!
