Hey guys.
Can somebody please tell me a good diet plan for bulking. Exactly what do i need to be eating? Please bear in Mind i dont get the chance to eat alot of meat during the week. At the moment im eating just alot, but i am thinking with a good diet i can pretty much put on a good amount of muscle size. Also what should i be taking in terms of supplements and when?
P.S - Good clean bulk as i dont want to over do it and put on too much fat!
Thanks alot.

Motivation is what gets you started, habit is what keeps you going.
