4)Post your Before picture in this thread before midnight on 9/11/2007.....After picture must be received by midnight on 12/30/2007 to be in the judging
5)Support everyone that is in the competition and help those that fall off the wagon. Lets keep it clean so neg comments.
6) Remeber we are on the honor system about diet and supplements. Lets keep it healthy guys. No crash dieting.

Sorry man, I am not entering any more contests. I am in two contests right now, The official cutting contest, and homelifters contest in the workout journals section. I passed on the misc transformation contest, and I will pass on this one too.
ok guys well im not obese as of now i was last year. however i am at 15% right now and i want my 6 pack by year end. I will take a picture tommorow while i weigh myself in the am. I am getting married in october so i will be at a little disadvantage because ill have a couple honeymoon weeks so im gonna have to bust ass.

ok guys I have formulated my meal plan. and remember i need to really focus now because im going through a wedding and 2 weeks of vacation which will be hell on my goals so I have to get at it in a hurry. my breakdown will be 1986 cals. 272 grams protein 96 grams carbs 62 grams fat. my diet is as follows. I will add in refeed days as i feel is necessary but redeeds will consist of the same clean foods but more of them.
Meal 1
3 egg white
2 whole eggs
.5 cup oatmeal
.5 grapefruit
Meal 2 post workout meal may flip flop some with meal 1
2 Scoops Ultimate Muscle Protein
Meal 3
8 oz chicken
.5 grapefruit
Meal 4
3 celery stalks
2 tbsp. peanut butter
Meal 5
8 oz chicken
1 red potato
2 cups lettuce
1 tbsp olive oil
Meal 6
2 scoops Ultimate Muscle Protein

Goal: Lower that BF% like a freak! . I wish I had weight goals but i will not make any, because in the past 3weeks I have lost only three pounds: lost 5.4pounds of fat and gained 2.4pounds of lbm. If the gains keep coming I wont complain!
I dont have any specific diet in my mind. I will just have ~2500calories with a macro ratio of 40:40:20.
ok if we are mentioning supplements i will be taking beverly internationals 7 keto and lean out. I will also be taking ultra 40 tabs and mass aminos from beverly as well.

Starting weight - 301 lbs. (before a big cheat weekend this weekend, so probably higher...) at 6'2" tall.
Not sure of bodyfat %, but it is HIGH.
I will win this contest because I am an animal. My goal is 260 pounds, or a little over 3 (1% body weight) pounds per week. I know I can do it if I keep my diet in check and get my butt to the gym.
