I'm trying to get a Rugby player type build as I am a meso/endo more towards the meso part, but I'm 5'11" 205 lbs. and people say I look a lot lighter and leaner when I tell them roughly what my weight is.
Basically I am going for a similar upper body look the Daniel Craig had in Casino Royale.

Something like that basically, that boulder look that he has to his chest and shoulders in particular, also his arms. The rest of my body I'm pretty solid on really, but that is a look that would suit my frame and body well and I have an excellent diet and I already workout like a beast, so I was wondering what exercises to add emphasis to in order to achieve an upper body type like that IF POSSIBLE.
Maybe Incline Bench and Military Press, but what about the outer shoulders?

I definately do NOT ignore my back... deadlifts, chinups, wide-grip pullups, barbell rows, dumbbell rows and core work.
As for the poster asking if I am lean fat or lean muscle at my size, it is very hard for me to tell at the moment, because I used to be like 250-260 lbs. and have some loose skin, but it really shouldn't be that bad. My midsection needs a lot of work, I do plenty of cardio and eat clean, but it is not seeming to come off, so I'm wondering if it is loose skin or not, I dunno if it is that bad.Fitness Journal:

Your genetics will determine what shape your body is. However to make your upper body appear wider and more muscular you should build up your shoulders.
Here are some ideas for training and isolating the side deltoids. Having bigger shoulders gives a more muscular look to the body.

With my build I could NEVER achieve a Pitt physique, even after years of training with the best trainers and nutritionists in the world, my bone structure is wide and big and Brad's is not.
That is why I am aiming for something like Craigs in Royale because it is a relatively realistic goal for my build.Fitness Journal:

i havent heard any1 say DB Lateral raises... great exercise for the shoulders especially if your looking for width... So wat id say is do ya military press and either superset it with the DB lateral raises or just do them after as a seperate exercise... follow ya compound movement with the isolated db lat raise...

I do seated d.b. lateral raises, it is a tough exercise when done properly.
Here is my shoulder and chest workout presently... (On different days)
Chest
Bench 5x5
Incline Bench 5x5
Decline Bench 5x5
Pec Fly 5x5
Dips 5x5 (sometimes weighted)
Shoulders
Military Press 5x5
D.B. Shoulder Shrugs 5x5
D.B. Side Lateral Raises 5x5
And Uriel I want a look similar to that, which I can maintain for a LONG time, this isn't one of those threads where some kid wants to look exactly like his favorite movie action star immediately. I'm in nutrition and working out for the long haul and have been for over two and a half years now.Fitness Journal:
