thanks a lot!! Anyone else have any thoughts. Switching up routine a bit after a 6 week long hiatus due to a f****** wrist sprain.

I agree with other posters. Good change, but your chest, traps, shoulders, and lats need some work. To me your bi's look disproportionately large compared to the rest of your upper body.

youve made some good progress. your shoulders stick out as soemthing that needs mad work, they look a little unproportioned to the bis/tris

I think theres a lot of change your arms have gotten bigger and you are starting to have a six pack which means your leaner. good job so far keep up the good work.

Solid job dude, you got alot bigger and your still lean as ****. Your biggert weakness is def back and shoulders get those up.
