    Bigger Pecs?

    I currently do workout a lot and have a big chest however i cannot seem to get any definition between my pecs iv tried decline and butterflys but nothing seems to help.

    Maybe your BF% is too high? You won't see the individual strands of muscle on your pecs no matter how strong they are if you have fat covering up your cleavage

    how much bf% is it to see strands of muscle? I can see them in my shoulders/pecs. Don't know about back or anything, since it's hard to see that yourself.

    Dunno exactly how much, but I had to cut down significantly to see true definition on my chest. It used to be just big with a line down the middle before cutting. No striations or anything.

    big pecs

    i do have a higher bf% however at my clevage point i can feel my sternum and muscles so there is not much "boob" fat i just cant seem to develope my clevage line or inner pec muscles

    your not going to see much definition unless you are lower bf.
