    sd length and dosage?

    I am going to start a 3 week cycle of sd. week 1 10mg week 2,3 20 mg each week respectively. then a 4 week pct with rebound xt 3 caps a day week 1 and 2 of pct and weeks 6 and 7 2 each day week seven will be only one towards the end do to 60 caps only being in the bottle. I am going to be taking in about 200 carbs a day and about 250-300 grams of protein. I am looking to stay lean on this stuff. Do you think this looks like a good idea?

    60 caps of the rebound will last 4 weeks @ 2 caps a day. it will last 2 weeks @ 3 caps a day.

    SD dosage, from what i have read is this:

    beginners: 10-15 mg's under 200 lbs

    advanced lifters: 20-25 mg's for those under 200 lbs, or for those with "basic" lifting experience(imho, i believe you should have a good solid year or two before diving into something like superdr*l.) over 200 lbs

    men that have been seriously training for a long time, and who are 240 lbs would be a dosage between 30-35 mg's.

    So you're only shooting for around 2000 cals? Are you planning this to be a cutter?

    It has been reported that sd is not a great product for a cut

    don't run 200 carbs/day with SD - you're bound to be one of the "non-responders", virtually all of whom restricted cals on their cycle.

    you can gain on SD while taking in lot of carbs without getting fatter. it's really quite something. add glucophase (or other k-r-ala product) for your high-carb meals and you should be even happier.
