Can't decide between a 3 day full body or 3 day split workout ?
Just trying to decide whats best for me to gain size. I am 5' 9" and only about 138. I was up to around 150 a few months ago and doing well but got tendonitis in both elbows and have been away from the weights for almost 3 months. During that time, I quit eating right again and lost about 12-13 lbs, mostly the muscle I had gained. As I research programs, they all seem to claim to be the best while the full body wo's say to train more and you only need 24-36 hours of recovery and the split wo's say to train in groups hard and rest throughout the week. Who's right ? I am guessing that it's partly what your body responds to and partly personal preference. I need something that I can work into 3 days and something to get my size and weight back.
