Good 4 Day Program for mass?
So school just started and I got weight training two periods. I normally do a six day split but since I have 2 periods... you get the point. Can any one give me workout program for my classes? Thank You
The class schedule for lifting looks like this
Mon: Lift
Tue: Lift
Wed: Off
Thurs:Lift:
Fri: Lift
I have one period and lunch in between weight training classes so about 1 hr 15 min or so.
