I don't have a squat rack, could I fill a backpack up with plates, put it on, then squat away?
Or would this rape my spine?

I'm not gonna get specific, but it's just like carrying a school backpack, expect you have about 20 books in there, idk about you, but carrying a backpack that heavy is a pain in the butt, and that's if you're repping in the low 100s! Try getting it on and getting to squat position too heh. Might be really bad for ur back idk, could hurt too? Different balance?

lol there will be no point you wont be able to hold 150lb or so in it and I think squating anything under is pretty useless unless you sit on a chair your entire life
