Arrow JAKKRK'S SUPERDROLng-EXPERIMENT

Im am here (finally)!!

Thanks to the kind folks at AX for letting me test their new product!!

Day #1 (this morning) took my first pill. I plan on taking another pill around noon and then 2 pills about 30min pre-workout. (typical dosing).

My diet is going to be alot of protien and moderate carbs, not really counting calories anymore. I just eat and I TRY to eat as clean as possible (which isn't alway possible). H2O intake will be 1+ gallons daily.

My workout schedule will vary as my work schedule is pretty hectic. I am going to be working out a minimum of 3 days per week during this log, more if I can. I really like to do 5 days but life has a way of getting in the way.

I will be doing full-body workouts during this log with cardio (Treadmill) as a cool down.

A little about me...just had a physical from the Dr. and was given a clean bill and go ahead for my workouts. Stress test was good..nice strong heart.
My weight is 184# and I am 37 years old and 66" tall. I have been working out since 2004.

Day #1 complete

These things are making me feel...weird. Its hard to describe. Jittery I guess would be the best way. Herbal aftertaste, (herbal burps) even with plenty of H2O.

Alert to what is around me.

Took all four pills. 1 in the morning, 1 around noon, 1 around 4:30 and the last at 5:30 then I hit the gym. I didn't want to take 2 pills PreW, I felt it might be a little much for me right now. Hell, I am still feeling stoked.

The workout.
Db Inclines 65x10--75x10--85x10
Bb Flat 3 sets of 135
Incline Hammer Strength 180x10--200x10--220x10
Hammer S..Lat pulldowns 90x10--140x10--160x10
Db curls 25x10--30x10--35x10
Hammer S Shoulder presses 180x10--230x5

Did a few pullups for stretching and some Ab work.

This is a shorter version of my typical full body workout. I usually do more back, leg and tri work but it was getting late. Roughly 18 total exersices.

SIDE EFFECTS--5 (HERBAL BURPS)
DOSING--10 (JUST TAKE WITH WATER)

yeah I felt the same thing last night when I tried to go to sleep, i think I'm going to cut back from 2 pre-WO to just one and take the other one earlier in the day

I am going to try the same thing and not take so late but sometimes that is hard to do when I don't get home until 6pm. Could just take a little while fro my body to adjust.

Yeah, you guys definitely don't want to take Superdrol-NG within 6 hours of going to sleep. For you guys who workout late at night, I'd just use 1 cap preworkout. Or you may want to look into a sleep aid. I recently got done using some of ALRI's Lean Dreams and I slept wonderfully on it. Good stuff IMO.

Am looking into these options. MIght have to go back to my 5am workouts.

Took the weekend off from workouts. Dosing with food now, seems to be ALOT better.

Monday night workout

Dosing has been foing A LOT better with the food. I took 1 pill at b-fast time, another one around noon yesterday then I did a double dose at 3pm. Hit the gym at 4. Felt good.

Started with a Db Incline press:
70x10
80x10
90x9
95x4

Flat Barbell
135x8
155x7
165x5

Hammer Strength Inclines
180x10
200x5
220x4

Hammer Strangth Pull-downs
90x10
140x10
160x10

Also did a few sets of pull-ups and did an Ab curcuit.
Cooled down with a 10 minute ThreadMill walk.

All this in less than an hour. Energy was good, strength was good.

Awesome workout bro keep it up. Yeah I noticed if I take my lasting dosing within a couple hours of bed time if it isn't prewo than I have to go do cardio or something to get rid of energy lol.

Shoulders

Dosing yesterday went as follows:

1 pill in the morning around 6am
1 pill around noon
2 pill Prewo at 4:30

Made it to the gym around 5:20

Started with Db shoulder presses;
40x10
50x10
60x10
70x6
50x10
I tried 75's..lifted them to the shoulders but couldn't muster them up

Hammer Strength shoulder presses:
90x10
160x8
210x5
160x8
90x10
These hit the front delts really good.

Did shrugs on the Hammer Strength dead machine..3 sets 180x10

Worked a little on rear delts

Cooled down with a 10 minute ThreadMill walk.


SUPERDROL-OMETER (1-10)
ENERGY-9
SIDE EFFECTS--FEEL A LITTLE GASSY
DOSING--10 (JUST TAKE WITH WATER)
FEELING--8 --FOCUSED

4:30 is about as late I want to take 2 PreWo pills...seemed to have an issue getting to sleep at 9om last night.

Im back

I have had some stomach issues that last few days so I decided to stop taking the pills just to make sure its not them. Even had to stop working out, I felt sooo bad. Feeling better now. Started again this morning. Again,,sorry for the lull...will pick up again after tonights workout...Will do Chest...To get everything back on a normal schedule again.

Always the hardest lift for me to keep getting stronger at. First rep is always a bitch to get up for me. It's like that one next increase in weight makes the difference between not getting it up and doing 6-8 reps. Keep at it. You'll get that PR soon enough.

Thumbs down Off and ON

I haven't posted in a while and I appoligize for that...been having dosing issues...I seem to be REALLY sensitive to the 2 pills pre-wo...where as when I take them, I really get NOT in the mood to lift..SO I haven't even worked out in a week..1 pill seems to be ok.

Life has been getting in the way also where as I will have to go back to my full body workouts--2 times per week.

I have a question for the AX guys...Are you supposed to take these pills everyday or only workout days?

If the 2 pre-workout doesnt work for you change up the dosing.

I have totally messed up this log...I feel like crap for doing so!!//...So much has changed with me since I signed up for the log that I haven't even been able to get to the gym on a regular schedule...(Which sucks)

I am on the pills still...3 a day...I can't seem to handle the 2 pre-WO...I also don't like to eat right before I workout so even the 1 pre-wo gives me a bad feeling...I need to take these with food.

Even hitting the gym 1 to 2 time per week...I have kept my strength, even adding 2 more reps to my inclines Db presses 90x8 with no spotter.
