i don't care about price or taste im just cruious on what you guys think would be the best choice as far as quality of protein, amino acid profile, and absorbtion speed

i just like to stick with the good ole ON 100% whey with dextrose...

Personally I like the low gi route and go with ON whey and oats. Although a friend of mine just got a jug of Isopure and doesn't like it so he gave it me so I'll probably give that a try with my oats
