Here's my reasoning: BF% is already bottomed out, so no dieting. No extra cost for 12 weeks worth of glutamine, BCAAs, tanning, etc. Posing routine and conditioning already in peak form. So any advice on diet for the in between week? Typically, for the final week I do a 3 day carb deplete and 3 day carb load. I wonder if I should do this for the second time or modify it somehow. Any advice or insights are appreciated.
