High-carb refeed, but leptin will still be dropped and chronically low in the face of dieting as it is, and the most you can *attempt* to do is offset it by a little bit. Normalization takes, at a minimum, two weeks of maintenance.
That's what most of us do. Either that or cut for a while, maintain/mini bulk, then cut again...
