    whats the best way to kick leptin levels

    i have read that its better to cycle carbs and also i have red to have a cheat day once a week .. if i eat low carb all weak what would be a good way to kick the levels of leptin

    High-carb refeed, but leptin will still be dropped and chronically low in the face of dieting as it is, and the most you can *attempt* to do is offset it by a little bit. Normalization takes, at a minimum, two weeks of maintenance.
